Mmmm, Mild
Anyone who knows me will be aware of my love of Mild Ales, so it was with great satisfaction that I read the news that a Ruby Mild, from the Rudgate Brewery, was crowned Champion Beer of Britain at The Great British Beer Festival currently being held in London. I’ll raise a glass of our own Dark Horse dark mild in honor of this classic style. Congratulations to the brewers at Rudgate!
