Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the latest addition to the Oliver Ales family, the Harvest Ale. The Harvest Ale is a 5.2% amber ale, medium bodied with a smooth malt finish with a hint of underlying sweetness. Clover honey was added to the boiling wort to provide an additional sugar source to the fermenting yeast but provides only the slightest hint of honey flavor to the finished beer. An exquisite Fall beer!
