Congratulations go to Jake Clifford who was the first to respond to the homebrewers Friday Question. Celeia hops do indeed come from Slovenia. They are a hybrid between Savinjski Golding, Aurora and Slovenian wild hops. I’ve never used them but the website says that they combine moderate bitterness with a gentle and pleasant aroma! So there you go (though @ 2.8% alpha acid I would say that they provide less than moderate bitterness)! Happy brewing Jake, I hope you’ll bring me a bottle of the finished brew to sample.
