Happy Holidays

Well I’ve almost wrapped things up in the brewery, just transferring the Amber Ale to conditioning tank. The Bishop’s Indulgence is looking good, it’s down to 1.026 now so a couple of more days and fermentation should be complete. I think we’ll probably brew the Peeping Tom Porter as our next seasonal/guest beer. I’ve been brewing some reasonably high octane beers recently so I think that it’s time for a good sessionable dark ale next. It’s quite different to the Pagan Porter and is a favorite of mine on cask.

Well Happy Holidays to you all. Keep safe and warm and enjoy some hand crafted beer (and think local!)

Cheers

Steve

    HEY YOU!!!!!!

I parked outside the brewery today, hoping for a quick pint to placate my then-irritable mood, and the sign said you were closed!

You owe me parking for my next pint!

On a more serious note, Happy Boxing Day!

Sorry Sandy, even brewpub employees deserve a couple of days off now and then. I was in the brewery most of the afternoon, you should have given me a call, I’d have let you in for an Oak Aged 3 Lions!
