We’re brewing 4 times this week … Irish Red, 2 batches of Ironman Pale Ale & Blonde Ale. Lots of processing to do as well. I’ve already moved 5 batches so far this week, one more today, 2 tomorrow and 3 more to close the week out. There are a couple of nice events in town this week. Unless you’ve been living under a rock you’ll already know that Max’s Taphouse is holding a launch party for their newly installed draft system on Thursday 22nd with a staggering 102 beers on tap! I’m pleased to tell you that you’ll find our Strongman Pale Ale, Hot Monkey Love and Bishop’s Breakfast on tap and Cherry Blossom Ale on beer engine. Also coming up this weekend is the annual City Paper Beer Festival in Fells Point. This is usually a sell out so you’re advised to get tickets in advance ( http://www.missiontix.com/events/product/8719/city-papers-14th-annual-brew-fest ). We’ll be there, of course, pouring our Cherry Blossom Ale and Ironman Pale Ale.
