• “Draft Punk” 7% abv brewed especially for our friends at Punk’s in Annapolis, this IPA is about as American as I get! O.K., it’s fermented with an English ale yeast but it’s generously bittered with Chinook & Cascade and finished with whole leaf Cascade and then dry hopped in tank with, yes, you guessed it, more leaf Cascade!
• Winter’s Wolves Winter Ale 7% abv … a tribute to our favorite band, The Sword … a dark winter ale, generously hopped, brewed with a little honey and heather and aged with American Oak.
• Merry Ole S.O.B. 6.4% English malt & hops, Belgian yeast and a touch of rosemary, brewed in collaboration with our friends The Brewer’s Art and Stillwater Ales
• The Darkness 7.6%  A black wheat ale brewed with roasted, torrefied and malted wheats.
• Jacob’s Winter Celebration As my baby boy turns 18 months old  how else could I celebrate this joyous occasion than with a brew?! Jacob’s Winter Celebration is 8.8% abv (his birth weight was 8.8 lbs) and was bittered with 8lb 13oz of hops and finished with 8lb 13oz whole leaf hops (split between American & English varieties to reflect his parentage). He was born on July 4th so the beer was dry hopped with Liberty.
• Hot Monkey Love 10% abv Big, bold and sexy … this strong ale is brewed with 120 lbs of honey per 7 barrel batch and aged 3 months.
• Strongman Pale Ale 8.2% A big bold IPA bittered, finished and dry hopped exclusively with Sorachi Ace.
